The New Forest
The East End Arms is situated in a beautiful part of the New Forest National Park – home to ponies, donkeys, cows and pigs (at certain times of the year) who roam freely. It is a very unique and special place. There are plenty of places to visit, and many things to do, including visiting museums, castles and gardens.

Sea
The East Ends Arms is also closely situated to villages like Beaulieu, Lymington and Milford On Sea. Here you will find an array of things to do from boat trips and kayaking, visits to Hurst Castle and the Isle of Wight, and more. From Lymington and Milford on Sea you can book fishing trips, or hire a rib for a day trip to the Needles.

Relax

Brockenhurst
This popular New Forest village has the main train line into Southampton and further afield. Here you will find Rhinefield Ornamental Drive, an absolutely beautiful walk through the tall trees. Alongside the stunning landscape, you will find a bustling high street with shops, cafés and restaurants.
Beaulieu
Looking over the mill pond at Beaulieu in Hampshire towards the famous Palace House is one of the most stunning views in the New Forest. Beaulieu village itself, at the head of the tidal Beaulieu River, is charming, with its lovely old houses, small gift and chocolate shops and ponies and donkeys wandering around. Down river you’ll find Buckler’s Hard, a former shipbuilding village preserved in time, with its riverside walks, Maritime Museum and boat trips.
Lymington
Once a Georgian trading port, Lymington still has its historic Sea Water baths. The lively town has a market on a Saturday and you are spoilt for choice for coffee shops and places to eat out. Down on the Quay you will find boat trips, crabbing nets and sandwich places alongside a very popular pub.
Milford on Sea
One of the best New Forest villages, Milford on Sea has a very special appeal. Centred around a village green, the village has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. From the beach you have a direct view of the Isle of Wight and the Needles. Not too far away is Keyhaven – here you can sail, kayak, Kite surfer and paddle board. Hurst Castle is just a short boat ride away, or if you prefer, a walk up the spit.
